I knew what I needed before I got there, I bought it, and left!
My wife went into the Cordova, TN today. We're looking at upgrading our kitchen. There was no one working in that department. So we went to Lowes.
Kudos to the Rep in the paint dept. for assisting me on yesterday. She was very helpful, and very patient in helping me to find the paint I wanted since HD doesn't carry Benjamin Moore paint. She found one in Glidden. Thanks so much! The front exterior door looks lovely!
Went in today and it was so refreshing to see such great customer service. Mr Watson the store manager was so nice. I instantly noticed his upbeat attitude was infectious to all around him. It was especially nice since I had just left very poor customer service at Walmart. We will definitely be shopping at this Home Depot from now on.
