Home Depot in general has bad service. But this place is by far the worst I have EVER experienced. This store gets absolutely zero positive reviews from.
1 cashier checking for the whole store while several employees just sitting or standing around ! I could have taken several more pictures for examples but I thought you could get the picture with these! Thank goodness I don’t need to go there often
The aisles are so crowded you can’t get down them.
When did the ppl here become so unhelpful?! I asked to get some PVC pipe cut and I was told "All I can do is cut it in half." Cutting it in half messes up the measurements I need. Forget this place
Very lazy people working the garden area.will not go back. Lowe's is better.

VERY rude guy in customer service and manger wasn't much nicer. They lost a $500 sale bc of their nasty attitudes. We left and went to the Collierville store where they were MUCH nicer and had better customer service. When I told one guy our story he said they have had quite a few customers with the same story that left the Cordova store and went there to make their purchase. No wonder the Cordova store is a ghost town! And dude had the nerve to tell me "Well this isn't Lowes." Yeah obviously not bc they have always been fri... read more
