Very disappointed must be under new management. Went there to buy a “hot melt” glue gun. First associate I spoke with sent me to paint stripping guns. Then tried to look up the item on her phone for me. She spelled it wrong several times. After I helped her she sent me to the other side of the store where my choice was a heavy duty gun with no glue sticks in inventory or a light duty gun which ended up defective. It was in and out no waiting in line. They had exactly what I needed.
Huge fan, my go to place. Employees are so helpful and Willing to help, organized and well stocked. Mrs. Vicki was so helpful and great personality.

I generally love home depot but yesterday it took us 2 hours to purchase 4 boards. There was only 1 person working at the pro desk when there were several customers waiting. Then, through a mistake on my part we had to exchange boards for a different size. The associate sent us to the return desk. After much wasted time & 3 depot employees they credited it back to our card and we had to go BACK to the pro desk to restart the purchasing process for the correct size boards. We had a delivery yesterday of a washing machine bought on line.The delivery was just like confirmation promised but what impressed me the most were the delivery men they got out of the truck smiling and were the most courteous and helpful Iwish I could call their names because they should be recognized because a lot of people these days are not as polite these days.I was raised to say yes sir or yes mam and thank you and to always be courteous whether at home,work,or any where I went.These two men were this way Home Depot s... read more
