Horrible customer service, wouldn't refund my money for a long time even though I had my receipt. Never buy a washer or dryer from this place or anything for that matter or you might get screwed over too. I'll never buy anything from here again.
Hung the phone up in my face not once but three time today. I contacted Horn Lake to talk with Chuck the Manager about a missed-up Appliance delivery this past Saturday.Delivery guy took a picture of my home and side no one was there. My daughter and grandchildren were there. The driver did not come to the door. I was told the net delivery date is Dec. 18. this has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Very messy store always cluttered
Bought a dryer. They dropped it off a week ago with no power chord or vent. Said they'd be back the next day for the install. Haven't heard another word since. They took our old dryer with them so we just can't do laundry. I should have known better and refused delivery. Every person I've spoken to at home depot since has not cared. I've gotten no where with them. I'll never buy so much as a nail from home depot ever again.
I'd rather cut off my manhood with a dull butter knife than step foot in here. However my client has an account here. They don't have half of what you need and the customer service is horrible. Just go to Lowes...
