OMG!!! This place right hear made me want to dump my shares in the company... sheesh
this location is our neighborhood store and after moving into a new house this month we are making daily visits it seems : ) We'd like to thank the staff and managers for the great customer service - always someone offering to help, quick check-out, and many smiles!! We've always liked this store and more recently noticed even better customer service - THANKS!!
Waited 25 minutes for someone to come get a dryer down from the top self then the guy we thought was helping us told my boyfriend bery rude like to go get a cart if he would..... like he couldnt do that with his lazy ass then had my boyfriend go get the orange gate to block off the isle ... then we waited around for someone to come help us load the dryer in his truck but noone seemed like they wanted to help again .....so screw home depot we wont be back rudeasses... its one thing to not want to help but to be rude with alom... read more
