How about making sure that the count on your website is accurate. After standing in line to get in, because your website says that you have 532 1x4x8 in stock, there are 6, (six), of the worst, crookedest boards I have seen,and nobody was able to help...

RecommendedHelpful, friendly staff and they rescued me having issues with an older card reader that wouldn’t cooperate at first. Everyone greeted me and I received good directions on the couple inquiries I had.

We have been trying to get our kitchen finished since we started with Home Depot in August. Still not done and we paid upfront. Long story short we had to pick our cabinets up from the store and install them ourselves after paying to have it done for us. It's now January and we still don't have counter tops. After not hearing from anyone since December 3rd we contacted them ourselves yesterday to find out if they were going to install soon. It would be nice if they would answer their phone. I paid for a levalour window shade with motor and paid $600 two months ago. I can't get anyone on the phone.
This location is the worst for flooring, save yourself some money and time, don't purchase from them. The carpet I ordered is horrible and the customer service is the worst I've seen in my 56 years of life. They don't return phone calls and the contracted Company, Romanoff Renovations that handle their carpet install is a joke.
