These people really know how to treat people from out of town. We are in Memphis visiting our kids and they are always helpful to us.
I could not be more disgusted with the complete lack of customer service that I have received. Not even 3 months in, and my $2k custom cut to order door is falling apart. The install crew has been to my house 3 times. And I haven't even heard from them for the latest news about when they'll be returning, with the exception of my stuff that they ordered for the sweep coming off-is in and they wanted ME to come pick it up? I purchase carpet from Home depot. Customer service in the floor door department. Excellent. I allow home deport to install that were it went wrong. My installation was late about 1 hour, Not only that they left carpet hanging out from under the door. While installing my 1500.00 mattress end up with an hole in it. Ok after investigating. I haven’t been to this location in awhile, but this morning I was greeted by every single employee I encountered. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hats off to this Home Depot. They are doing something right.
