Recommendedwhile I will continue to shop here for the time being, don't bother calling the store expecting anyone to answer. Ordered a grill 5 days ago. It still shows "in progress", and customer service (waited on hold 36 mins) said, "sir it's in progress and they will call you when it's ready". 6 days coming up! Very disappointed.
After waiting 20 minutes to find out they did not have the part. Home Depot made a disabled Vietnam Veteran walk the entire length of the store to get out of the store. He had a cane! Then he had to walk all the way back to the other end of the building where the handicap parking and his truck were. He told the associate guarding the doors that he was disabled and couldn't walk that far. (All the scooter baskets probably had FAT people in them. THEY ARE FOR THE FRAIL NOT THE WHALE.)
