Was there soon after Hurricane Matthew. The store was organized, had extra staff on hand. It was just an excellent experience. They were fully stocked and ready to help everyone.
Every once and a while store customer service just knocks your socks off.. Literally! Your Bluffton/Hilton Head store on fording island road did just that yesterday! I dropped my wallet at your store and a few hours later Saundria Wrice, called and said she found it! Since it had my license she asked a few questions about me and then told me that she would hold it until I could get to the store to retrieve it!!!
