customer service horrible
Extremely disappointed with my experience here. The managers and supervisors here do not stand behind their word and I have been dealing with their customer service (with multiple promised callbacks that have not occurred) for the last 72hours! HD clearly advertises that with a refrigerator purchase, they will haul away your old refrigerator for $20. I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot, the people are so nice. I don't like it that there aren't more cashiers to check you out. I do not use self check out as it does away with desperately needed jobs.
