Plumbing department the woman who assisted me to replace the flusher on my toilet tank was spot on... A big thank you ....we were talking and she said ...is that rain it was coming down heavy. I came to the check out I Had no umbrella I asked if the young man Tre could walk me out the car with an umbrella. I said I bet your manager would think that was great customer service. Been waiting 25 minutes for someone to come cut blinds for us...not a fun way to spend a Saturday.
Incompetent and horrible customer service! We have been living on concrete for the past month after ripping up our carpet so Home Depot could do a measure and level. Their tech said the subfloor was fine and that there should be no problem with installation. In fact, they said it was so easy we could even do the installation ourselves. The installers from the company they contracted to install the laminate just told us the ground needs leveling $600-$1000 in materials alone. Absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! DO NOT BUY THEIR TOMATO PLANTS!!! They came up with canker and blight!! When I went to ask, the Home Depot lady said they had a 1 year warranty. That's great! Oh, wait......you spend all that time planting the tomato plants and the lady says you have to DIG THEM UP & bring back with the receipt. Wonderful store with amazing associates! So much fun too!
Absolutely the worst customer service we've ever experienced. Purchased carpet from them which turned out to be faulty, they are only interested in blaming the manufacturer instead of fixing the problem - almost 3 months later and still not resolved.
