So far, I can not believe the incompetence and arrogance... still expecting a phone call from the customer service, obviously NOBODY gives a...
The second time I tried calling ahead buying it paying for it and it's supposed to be ready when I go to pick it up it's not like I showed up e15 minutes later I showed up hours later no one ever bothered so I stood around the store for 20 minutes waiting for them to get the product that I called ahead for why do you offer the service if you're not going to do it
I would really like to thank Ron and specially George in the Wood Tool Area, these guys went way above and beyond to help my son, Jack with his school engineering project. I’m a pediatric doctor and had no idea what to do. Home Depot is lucky to have these guys. Thanks again.
