We are redoing our floors and came to purchase some of the fake wood stuff. Have lots of questions since we have never done this before. Waited in the flooring section for about 30 min trying to find someone to help us. Finally found someone who did not work in that section. He told us he would go find some one and be back. About 5 min later he comes back alone and completely ignored us. Then the associate that actually works there shows up and starts helping someone else. I have never seen such poor customer service. Went last night after the storm and , they were without power but had their generators working. Everybody was very helpful, in good spirits, and remembered seeing us the day before! I can always find someone there to help me!
I was shocked... I was greeted told the guy what I was looking for. he said its on aisle 19 about half way. I can show you. I said nah I got it. And the cashier was cordial and very friendly. I will say this was a great turn around from the uh I dunno days. I'll keep checking on them. Maybe theres hope yet..

Excellent customer service experience- bought a table for our new deck and had it delivered, it came with 11 cushions instead of the 12 that were shown- called customer service and the talked to Mason in the garden center, he worked on finding the missing pillow and even sent me a text ( as requested) for me to see- he and the team went above my expectations and I am a very happy customer! Thank you!
