worst experience ever ! it took an hour to forklift 50 bags of top soil into my truck. nobody freaking cared ! not even the manager of the store. all he did was make excuses for his lackluster employees, while people stood around looking 4 people 2 help them. cutting my card up and going to lowes from now on.
No one to help customers! I guess no managers!
I ordered some tube LED bulbs to replace some fluorescent lights in my basement. I had them shipped to the store. I got an email stating that they were received damaged and I would be called within 24 hours. i was never called. When they were picked up by my nephew, they gave him the damaged merchandise rather than reorder. someone did not do their job. My nephew was unable to get back to the store to return them before it closed and will now have to make a third trip to try to rectify the situation.
I had an LG product die early that the company would not stand behind, but the Gladstone Home Depot made it right with me. Today my daughter ordered a refrigerator and we had a very helpful associate. Kudos to Shanna Webb

So i went into home depot to get something really quick. Mind you it was 30 min before closing and no one was in the store. I was heading to checkout and i had a question for the cashier who was standing at the self checkout lane. When i approached her she wanted to lecture me on the fact i didnt enter the self checkout correctly and wanted to lead me around past 3 registers to the enterence of the lane.
