When you are greeted and acknowledged right away makes a world of difference. Especially when it's your first time at this store. I am from South Austin, but came here for fireglass stones for our fire place. It was worth the drive. I even bought 2 CHRISTMAS Trees for $24. And other 75% off decorative items. Wow, talk about a terrific experience. THANKS HD for your customer service at every store. You have Our business for LIFE.
PSA - Do yourself a favor and do not buy any appliances or appliance warranties from Home Depot! I have been around the block and these clowns have provided me with one of the worst experiences I have ever had! I will spend every last breath advising anyone I know NOT to purchase from The Home Depot! our refrigerator has broken down 5 Times in 2 years, they keep trying to repair and will not replace!!!! Bought at this Cedar Park store.
I purchased carpet with installation from Home Depot. One of their selling points was that the installation Labor was guaranteed for life. It also says that on their web site. My carpet is separating at the seams and coming up from the doorway edges. They are claiming that it is a dog that caused these issues. Separation at the seams of carpet are not normal wear and tear, and it is not from dogs. Every seam is separating in the middle of rooms. Would not honor my husband's veterans discount. Left our merchandise there and went to Lowe's where they not only honored his discount, but said, "Thank you for your service " Will NOT be going back�
