anyone and everyone pissed off (rightfully so) that the staff at this store are threatening your well being and their local management is useless should call 311 and make a formal complaint. They are following up with stores not in compliance with covid mandates
We only shop at Lowe's. Home Depot supports trump.
I cannot believe they taking NO antivirus measures at all! No masks, no limits to customers, no social distancing. They clearly do not value the wellbeing of their customers. Just their money. We left.
Not one single employee was wearing a mask today. We were picking up a repaired mower, trying to slip in and out, wearing our masks.
John from the garden department, where we purchased our Christmas tree, deserved a review although I usually don’t write them. This man went above and beyond to help my mother and I this morning. He gave us his undivided attention and helped us with everything (we needed a lot of help) so very graciously. If only every employee were like John, the world would be a better place. Home Depot- you are lucky to have such a great employee. 10/10 experience
Knowledgeable and friendly associates - ask for a specialist in the in the department you need. They generally know what they are talking about!
Went in to purchase a LG portable air conditioner. The model I needed was only available on the top shelf of overstock. I thought it would not be an issue as the store seemed to be staffed very well. I asked three different employees to get me help over a 23 minute period. I finally went and found a mobile staircase,, pushed it past multiple employees that were busy talking with each other, eating cookies while sitting on their butts, or just generally avoiding helping a customer. A few months ago I returned something to Home Depot, got a card for store credit, and put it in my wallet. I can't tell you what I returned or how much the card was for, but I buy a lot of tools and supplies. Today I pulled the card from my wallet and was told there a zero ($0.00) balance. There was no arguing with the cashier, the cashier tried it several time, but the card was empty. I walked out.
