Multiple times we have either waited in long lines where the cashiers called for help but nobody came. (Employees were nearby doing tasks) How about the 2 visits nobody was scheduled in the store that knew how to custom order blinds. And best of all how about the 6 months it took for our custom ordered windows to be correctly installed? Does that sum it up?
DO NOT BUY A GARAGE DOOR FROM HERE. It has been a horrible experience as there is no accountability. The manager never returns calls and can’t figure out how to make this issue right. We ordered a garage door 6.5 weeks ago. They said it would be installed 1-4 weeks after we purchased it. They had a guy come out and take measurements and then never got back to us until week 5. The guy came out to install it and it was 2 feet too short🤦🏼♀️ now we have to wait until the 26th before the new one is supposed to get here. I have... read more
I recently moved to the area and both times I have been to your store it has been a less than ideal experience. The kicker was today though when I went to get some lumber for a project I am working on. I had a baby sleeping in a baby carrier on my chest and nor one of the men that walked by offered to help me get wood off the shelf. Poor customer service.
The worst service in any store I have ever been to, just terrible. If you are going to do a home remodel DON'T GO TO GH HOME DEPOT!!! We have had problem after problem and management is no where to be found!!
We have done the majority of our home remodel with Home Depot but I would hesitate to do any more Granite countertop work with them.... First of the tops took awhile but not so bad. Then time for the splash first our paperwork got lost , held up tile guys doing the work above the splash,had to reschedule, then they came out and the pieces were too short, had to reschedule tile guys again and our housewarming football season opener, now we are told something came up and and they won't be here again as scheduled, again postpon... read more
Called only to ask about a belt for a mower and lady told me she was too busy to help and ended the call, remember, customers pay your pay check, customer service 101! Losing one customer is not bad, but i know if thats how they treat people it wont be just 1 or 2
The Gig Harbor store team does a great job but my 1-star review refers to the corporation / online store. I was unable to get any help from a customer service rep through the phone line (no selection allows you to talk to a person, regardless of time of day or day of the week) and when I called the local store to ask for help they were 1) unable to help me with an online order, and 2) admitted that they have the same issues getting connected to an actual person as I was having.
