The LG frig I purchased broke 7 weeks ago. The extended warranty department is incompetent to say the least and it is still not fixed or replaced. The managers at Home Depot "can't do anything about it". 7 WEEKS WITHOUT A FRIG??? They refuse to give me their district managers name, contact info, or even her home store. My family is living out of ice coolers.
Yesterday afternoon I had called the Gig Harbor Home Depot store number # 4728 to order an ac unit the site showed they still had 2 in stock, I talked to a guy who said no problem and that in fact they actually had 3 in stock Which was great news since I have been trying my local stores for the past couple weeks with no luck. Just visited the Gig Harbor Home Depot. Had a minor issue with obtaining a receipt for a ceiling fan that was purchased online. The manager actually refused to speak to me about my issue. I left without having my issue resolved. The customer’s purchasing products is actually why businesses are successful. If not for consumers the managers would not have jobs. HIGHLY recommend Home Depot! We ordered a shed online from the Gig Harbor store yesterday and it was delivered today! Excellent customer service! The delivery driver was awesome, too! We tried to order a shed from one of their competitors simply because the store was closer. Huge mistake and we ended up getting a refund. We'll stick with The Home Depot from now on!
They had the perfect alternative for us for our counter tops at the house we are renovating. Didn't want the expense of solid surface and formica was not an option. They had marble tile squares that we will install with really tiny grout lines. This should look great with our white subway tile backsplash!
I went in to return a bunch of stuff I had left over from a remodel. I was dreading matching up all the receipts and everything but instead it was super easy and only took a few minutes!
I waited for a whole hour for someone to help me in lumber this morning. Each of the store associates I encountered seemed so apathetic. After an hour I left without my lumber. I’ve spent a lot of money in this store over the years. Today I do not feel valued.
We are so grateful for the Saturday Kid Workshops with Matt and John. They are so kid friendly and our kids learn so much every time.
