Have never had a problem with any of out home improvement needs here. We also take our kids to the workshop every 1st Saturday and they love it! Saw a worker yesterday helping a little girl with her project since the parents had not been seen. They did run out of the Christmas project kit fairly quickly, so I could see where people would be disappointed with that.
Just left Home Depot and seen that you took away some handicap parking to put in reserved pickup parcel spots. So you’d rather have your employees not to have to walk far and have your customers that need to use handicap parking walk further. Sorry, but shame on you!!!! Pitiful

This is the 2nd time I signed my kids up for the workshop, was there by 10am and both times we were told they ran out. What's the point of signing up??? Very disappointed!
Would have given 5 stars but the lady operating the forklift was beyond rude. She was being a BIT*^!!! I'll go to the one on Michigan Ave next time.
I stopped by the Tool Rental Dept last Saturday to have my snowblower checked out. John, Joel and Heather provided outstanding service! Kudos to them for going above and beyond to make sure we're ready for the next storm! Thank you all so much, we really appreciate it! Happy Holidays to you!
Without Lou and John this store would be hard to adjust too. These guys are so knowledgeable and like taking the time to truly help. But thanks to jobs going overseas it's hard find such knowledgeable hard working like this to work for crap,wages. Appreciate the knowledgeable help they can get when their compensation packages are not that great. Remember sometimes it takes more than one person to ask a question to find a perfect answer.
