Had my husband pick up an order of racking that was 4 packages of hooks and 2 boxes for the racks that the hooks went in. Whoever was at customer service LIED and told him all of the hooks were in ONE box (they put them all in one SHE told him after first carrying out the smallest of the 3 boxes she gave him and said that was IT!?!?) So who trains these people???? Very Good costumer service
I bought a new refrigerator last week and it was delivered 3 days ago. That same refrigerator went on sale today for almost $300 less. I called to see if the difference could be refunded. I was told no, because the sales change from week to week. That is extremely weak customer service. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. And will advise all of my Facebook friends (which are many)to do the same.
AWESOME HARDWARE STORE AND MORE
Appliances not delivered as scheduled and they want to reschedule for a week later. Unacceptable I already emptied my fridge.
😊The service was great. Special summer day for kids. I briefly watch the kids building go cars and the staff allow me to shop for the items I needed to finish my outside project. The service guy was awesome and checking out was A1. Thanks again to all staff members in Canton, Mi.

Tried to buy replacement parts for a glacier bay bath faucet they don't carry parts for their own brand.
If ANYONE is in the market for a new appliance DO NOT purchase from HOME DEPOT. I have been WITHOUT my washer working since 11/23! 😳😳 they keep fixing parts and making up excuses. I am 37.5 weeks pregnant and this is making me SICK. This warranty is garbage. 🛢💩 And we have three other major appliances with the same warranty! Homedepot
