Every employee I came across was so friendly and helpful. I had questions about countertops and the manager of the store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!
I expect cashiers to check me out, not a self check out.
They had a 'computer glitch' and my carpet 'was never ordered' for which I've been waiting for 2 weeks and is delaying putting my mother's home on the market. So far, their attitude has been 'this happens' and they have offered nothing to help telling us to wait another week. We were informed less than 24 hours prior to the install AFTER receiving confirmation emails yesterday. Get your carpet elsewhere.
Good store. Would like to see a greater ceiling fan selection
No one picked my phone - after 12 tries, I gave up. They are supposed to deliver something - but no items delivered and no one picked phones. Thet's why Amazon works!
Had 3 appliances ordered, delivered and all of them damaged so I ordered new ones right away and that was over a week ago and have to wait till 5/29 for delivery :( I will never shop here ever again and I’ve used them several years. I will use anyone but this place from here on and after talking with family and friends they won’t use you either. I love word of mouth!! No fridge no stove fora month... you should pay for all the fast food we have to buy.rediculous assholes. They hire shit ass stupid people~
