As a heads up, the flooring department has signs everywhere that they have free installation in 7 days. This is blatantly false and they are aware of it. Current wait time to have carpet installed is 5 1/2 weeks from when the order is placed (and paid for). Additionally, they won't tell you the installation date until you have already bought the carpet. Home Depot needs to step up and be honest with prospective customers.

I purchased windows and sure wish I had gone some where else. There warranty department for help SUCKS big time. Took me calling them over and over and over plus calling the corporate office and also the store manager. WHY do they cause a good customer so many problems? The Store it self is great. But the company they use for the appliance delivery needs help. I ordered my Freezer on July 1st got the date for delivery for July 17th then on July 16th got a call that they couldn't drive there rout because they didn't have staff for it..I was like ok that fine got a new date for the next Friday July 24th. July 24th comes no call no show. Not even to let me know that they weren't coming. order curbside pick up special order item. Went to home depot pulled in sent my arrival to home depot along with parking spot number. I waited 30 min. called them. They said curbside pick up closes at 5. It didnt indicate that on my app. So I go in she said hes pulling it. Told her I'm pulling up my truck to have him bring it out. waited another 15 minutes. Nice, clean & staff was very helpful
They have horrible customer service! Do not buy cabinets or appliances from them. It takes forever to get them and most of them are damaged when they finally do come in. They did not order four of our cabinets even though they were on the plans that the Home Depot kitchen designer gave us and they turned around and tried to blame us for it. No one at this store or at the corporate office wants to resolve these issues - it is delay after excuse after delay. home depots are all going to self-serve I have to check it out I have to find my parts what happened about helping the community what happened to customer service this is BS you want to retain me as a customer again start helping with checkout lines instead of self-serve checkouts it's BS
i have had nothing but problems with this home depot i order a saw and they screwed up the order i called today trying to get a special deal on a lawn mower and was told they dont have fall sales on lawn mowers by the manager of the store i guess i had better deal in future with menards or ace hardware
