i called too see if they had washer a lady said couldnt find it so let me put u on hold an transfer to appliances.i was put on for 7 mins an then same lady put me on hold answer with an additude i felt i was an inconvenience to her. she said SO WHATS THE SKU NUMBER with an additude then she hanged up on. called back an somebody else answer told them what jus happen an they acted the same way. CANCELING MY CREDIT THERE AN START SHOPPIN AT LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT

I just waited 25 mins to get some keys made, which never happened because no one ever showed up, even after numerous calls to your staff... You have long checkout lines and not enough help. I will not come back to this store. Horrible understaffing and service.
