RecommendedI've decided to ammend my previously made comments after the outstanding help from sales rep. Mary Anne. Not only did she help me, she was also very nice, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service without infringing on my values. We went to purchase a riding lawn mower and trailer from this location today. All the equipment is kept outside in the elements , the equipment area is littered with trash and dirty from being outside. When we spoke to Tony, a manager about it, we were told that is just the way things are done. When we asked about purchasing a trailer and asked if it could be assembled, we were told there was no one available and he walked away without any additional assistance or solution.
