Buyer beware. There are many other, and more reputable, companies to purchase appliances from than Home Depot. I purchased a dishwasher and asked for it to be installed. When it was delivered I was told to pay $60 cash to have it installed. The dishwasher was improperly installed and my floors were badly damaged by it. pay sucks profit sharing base on unreal projections so you don't share the true profit
Wowza! literally just walked up and down the front of the store 5 times, saw ~20 sales people, made eye contact with at least 5, saw quite a few of them just standing around doing nothing...... not one word from any of them. Not a hi, not a "how can we help you" or "what are you looking for". Lowes here I come!

Chris at Pro Desk was very friendly and knowledgeable in assisting us with our Trex order today. 3 associates greeted us when we walked in. Thank you! We had just left Lowe's Blanco/1604 where we had quite the opposite experience.
I go to HD because it's close and generally cheaper than Lowes. Usually I am able to get what I need to do the job, but lately I have had problems with products that are put on the shelf as new that have been returned either broken or without all the parts. This has happened to me on two different occasions in yhe last month. I bought a framing square and it was missing one of the C clamps and outdoor lighting that was broken out of the box and still had dirt on it from whoever returned it.
