Been in 3 different times looking at appliances for a renno- same poor customer service all 3 times. Donna clearly either doesn’t like her job or just doesn’t want to work. Ironically she has been on duty all 3 times and doesn’t answer questions , just pulls up items on her computer and tells us to look—— could’ve done that from home! This last visit (and it WILL BE the last) she put down our selections and once again was not the least bit helpful! Don’t like your job Donna? Quit... somebody else could use the job!
Horrible and humiliating experience at this Home Depot today, I will never again set foot in another of your stores.
We've been going to Home Depot and Lowe's for some projects at home. The difference in social distancing practices of the two stores is big. About a third of HD employees were not wearing masks while all of Lowe's employees were wearing masks. About half or more of HD customers did not wear masks. Almost all Lowe's customers wore masks. We're going to Lowe's as much as possible now. We'd rather be safe than sorry.
RecommendedFriendly & helpful folks... I can get most of my project items... ...convenient to my home... ... and items are reasonably priced.
On Memeorial weekend none the less and they don't honor a military discount! Tried to say that lumber didn't qualify for the discount...over $600 spent and first only wanted to give 50 cents! Seriouly. Then, after trying to understand the logic, was given $5. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will not be doing business with them again. Thank goodness there's Lowe's.
Poor customer service, specifically in the contractor/remodeling area. It’s as if they don’t want your business. Going to Lowe’s.
I'm nkt explaining in detail cause it would be a huge comment. let's just say out of all the stores I've been to this one took the cake. A pack of slow, empty headed, morons. Waited 17 minutes for the person they called up.
Great prices and great service. I also recommend the Home Depot app for better in-store experience.
We live in Military City USA, yet THIS Home Depot (unlike others in the area) required my husband (who has PTSD AND was accompanied by his service dog) to argue with them about getting his military discount, even though he was showing them his DL that clearly states he’s a veteran AND which is always accepted as proof at other local Home Depot’s. The checkout clerk kept saying it wasn’t a valid ID yet she couldn’t tell him what WAS a valid ID.
