Needed help... employee took me right to where I needed to be to find what I wanted and didn't just send me all over the place.
Customer Service is no good... attitudes are horrible n everyone passes the buck! " Not my department... not my job!" Very few sales associates are nice and go out of their way to assist! Kudos to the very few there!
I like the store itself.. very clean but very rude customer service..... I've gone several times and each time it's the same thing.. nobody is here ..already left.. no i don't know who can help you with very bad body language and attitude in their voice.... I usually go to city base or sw military ..and it's a damn shame because manager Amador doesn't instill this behavior
For the 3rd time our ladder was stolen at home depot. We parked in the loading area. Then we get to the register and spend $400 asked for military discounts and only received $6 off. When we asked why cashier said it's the computer.
I think people are helpful when you get lucky enough to find someone who can help you. Sometimes it gets too busy and there's not a sales person visible, but I love my Home Depot
They need better costumer service / help .. people wait too long to get Assistantt
My neighborhood store, very convenient and employees are always helpful.
