just fell in thier parking lot. They wouldn't even give my husband ice for my twisted turning purple ankle. There was a hole you n asphalt in parking lot didn't see, fell, twisted ankle. Hubby asked for ice. they says we'll get manager. 20 minutes no manager. #$_&. just wanted ice. Can't even walk right now. :'(

I love working at the Home Depot and I love it when I can get the customer what they want. There is no bigger satisfaction to me than knowing that I did a good job in finding a product they are looking for
Do not recommend these guys. They've let this COVID outbreak make them so crazy that now something as simple as a mask is warranted for poor customer service. Better off going to a small business like Cobbs Building Materials off of New Braunfels. They're considerate and courteous with prices you can't beat for quality material. #supportlocalbusinesses

everything they have very friendly 😁 workers they have a lot of reasonable prices on things and their receiving department is great my husband and I deliver lumber to them and they are always fast on unloading us
