Home Depot - "We are here to help!!" I purchased a delivery of a refrigerator for $79 from the online store. The company HD hired called me a 6:00am saying they were on the way. At their arrival, they left the refrigerator on the street instead of placing it inside the condo. Their excuse was COVID. This is not acceptable since I couldn't bring the refrigerator upstairs and certainly couldn't handle it on my own. I had to ask for help and wait in the street until they arrived. RecommendedYou can find everything you might need for your home but their customer service is BAD! I've been there a hundred times and I've never had a pleasant experience with their staff.
Muy mal servicio en Home Depot Brownsville, pésimas políticas de retorno. No regresan las Taxas (Manifiestos) y no te dicen cuando les preguntas. Si vas a traer tus artículos a México No Compres en Home Depot y si eres americano tampoco, pésimas políticas. En adelante haré mis compras en LOWE's.
