No one is ever available to help you. The women do all the work, men pass by and don't ask if you need help. I am litterly climbing things to get what I need. One contractor was waiting over an hour for assistance and finally left and told me "let's go to Lowe's!". After asking for help twice, I had to pull someone from customer service for help and he said they stock heavy in the mornings, therefore, they are light staffed in the afternoon, "not that you would care." Very bad service at home depot. I asked for help and they said "i'll get someone to help you " Yeah right! Nobody ever showed up... after an long wait I had to look for someone.

We've remodeled our home and have bought all our supplies at Home Depot in the past and used my husband's driver's license that has his Veteran's info on their with no problem. Started another project and were not warranted the discount because your policy changed. He had to be a veteran's Id. I think that's ridiculous!! My husband had to present his military certificate to the Texas Department of public safety in order to have his veteran ID # put on there!!!! No fraud here! I love the "Kids Workshops" and how the employees are always so helpful to help the children. Too bad when you are looking for a plumbing or electrical item no one is around.
