I was on the phone for 15 min. They kept passing me from department to department when I specifically asked for insulation. After 15 they plain hung up on me. I called back again, same thing but kept on the phone for 12 min. Finally someone from that department answered, just to tell me they don’t do insulation. Lowsey Service. Associates are clueless. Customer Service Personnel need not training. Veteran Discount was not honored even after I presented my Disabled Card. So disappointed.
The representative was very helpful in the construction section so sorry we did not get his name. (social distancing) We are very happy customers.
