We’ve bought a brand new washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, & fridge all from Lowe’s in Owasso. We never had a single issue with Lowe’s during any of those purchases. We had a great experience every time. We just relocated to Norman & purchased a brand new washer & dryer from the Norman Home Depot. RecommendedAndy in flooring was so helpful and friendly. He needs a raise or a bonus. 10/10 would recommend him. He was very knowledgeable. If I could have a Home Depot best friend, I would want Andy to be it.
Why will Home Depot NOT GIVE tax exempt AND military discount on sale items to the people who fought for our freedom? Every other store acknowledges our military for their service. Also, they have refused to allow a purchase being made using a gift card. Their policies are extremely unfair and ludicrous.
Plenty of helpful employees. Usually what I go for is in stock.
Home Depot are very friendly and the crew is like family
Do not waste your time attempting to buy HVAC. They only carry a few displays in the store and no one knows anything about them. If you attempt to buy online it clearly states additional items needed, in my case installation kit and heat strips, but they are not available to be purchased online. I even called customer service and they were no help whatsoever. I even went as far as driving to the Moore, OK store and it was the same thing there, only displays and no one knew anything. Here’s a recommendation, don’t hold employee meetings during business hours. Or at least make sure you got customers covered.
So very disappointed with this stores customer service and with their order online and pick up. Order said it would be ready in two hours. We waited the two hours, called the store because we didn’t receive our text/email, and the male employee said it wasn’t going to be ready. So we asked if we could pull our own order, he was like I guess... sure.
