Unhelpful staff and rude clerks
Horrible Customer Service. Waited for the only forklift driver for 15min then a guy named Tim said it would be at least 20 minutes to get a forklift driver and get plywood for you. He went on to say you can wait or get a cart and load them yourselves. We got cart loaded with the 16 pieces of plywood and we needed 4 more but they were up high so after about 5 minutes of us loading them by ourselves Tim shows up with forklift. So we loaded on cart so he wouldn't have to work
Zero in customer service! No one to assist customers and when you find an employee they are completely not interested in helping.
