Great customer service and awesome associates and management
Tim is extremely helpful. I was so out of my element choosing what type of wood and how much to use for my shutters. He helped me with everything and even helped me wheel the huge cart full of wood. I appreciate it!

what a joke, the home Depot got speakers, tents, hammocks, and stuffed animals but has no copper pipe and hardly any fittings. I guess you guys care more about selling nic nacs. Then suppling working people with supplies
I've tried this location a couple of times and no one really seems to know where anything is (I was looking for a floor drying fan). I asked several employees where I could find it and was routed to opposite corners of the store each time. I swear, do you have any idea how frustrating that is when you have a tired toddler in tow?
As a contractor this is one of the worst Home Depot what I have to deal with on a daily basis. Unfortunately the corporate and upper management doesn't do anything about it. Good thing there is a Lowes nearby, and sometimes with their attitude and the way they handle things they force me to go there.
I walked into the South Dale Mabry store on December 8th and went to the help desk and asked them how long it would take to receive a specialty item that can only be ordered on line. There were two individuals (a male and a female behind the desk). The male was on the phone and the female addressed immediately acknowledged me. When I asked how long it took the male hung up the phone and said 11 - 14 days because of Christmas. Then the female said at least December 27th.
