Love Home Depot but I can’t say that about this stores employees, who does the hiring?? Everyone was standing around doing nothing an when asked multiple employees about a product not one knew anything bout it.. how do you work in this section not knowing anything about the products.
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Every time we go to this store, we stand around forever waiting for someone to help us in the tool department! When someone finally comes over to help us, they barely know anything about the power tools! We then proceed to ask them to call someone who’s knowledgeable in power tools and 3 people later, they still don’t have anyone that can answer any questions we have. My friend and I went to the Home Dept in Palm Bay Florida this week to a workshop for the first time. We learned how to make a Halloween project. We had a great time. Thank you to the two ladies who worked the project.
