I am irritated With Managment. . Bought a roll of Astroturf had it cut into 3 pieces 1 piece was cut a foot short . Went to the store at 6 am Saturday morning when they opened. Spoke with assistant manager . She refused for me to return it since I rolled the Astroturf out on the ground. ( Astroturf goes outside on the ground) told her it was on plastic ground covering . Still refused a return. Would only take $25 of a new piece cut to proper size . ( Spent over $5000 dollars on 2 rolls of Astroturf) I lost my mind her employ... read more
Once again HD disappoints. Order for pickup made yesterday am, not ready until today. OK fine. I go to curbside and check in.... after waiting 30 min, I call to cancel my order. The "customer service" woman seemed to be put off with my cancellation. Not one word on their lack of service or how they could make it better. This wasn't during high peak hours, and there were plenty of employees meandering around. Going back to Lowe's. Bye HD
Home Depot is doing lip service to the 'Wear a Mask' signs out in front of their store and merrily letting customers walk around without masks. There was a guy posing next to a sign in the garden area without a mask when I walked up. I've spent my last dollar at Home Depot. I'd rather spend twice as much money ordering it online or from your competitors. How hard is it for you to do your jobs?

I needed to replace a microwave and ceiling fan due to power surge. I am handicapped and have a bit of trouble walking. Bobby in appliances went above and beyond to get me info for my claim, and again to find a replacement. I couldn't find the exact fan I wanted, so I made my way up to customer service.
