Do not place a special order in here or you will regret it. They are uninformed they have no idea what they're doing. Horrible Customer Service.

Bought defective fan from Home Depot and now I have to pay again to get replacement put up. And they Approve and encourage a company that charges more than the actual cost of 90% of their fans. What's the point at least lowes guarantees it themself!
Last time I went here they gave me an ad in Spanish as I walked in the door. Last I checked this is the United States and I speak English. If they had run out of English ones how about asking instead of just sticking one in my hand.
Dad loves it
My experience with this store has been a bit chaotic specially with them not delivering what I have been promised. But I have to say today I'm eating them with a 5 because of Jody, she is the store manager. Jody has been able to help me twice already to get things right, she has understood our issues and go above and beyond to make things right for us!! THANK YOU JODY YOUR HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED!!
