was suppose deliver refrigerator friday...missed work stay home..no call no show! Called they said oh we rescheduled for next week..wtf! Thanks for calling to let me know we need miss work again to sit around and wait for nothing...lost our business! Going to Lowe's.
Worst service ever!! I ordered appliances and paid to have them delivered and installed and the two drivers decided to leave them in my kitchen and then leave as quick as possible without putting them where they went on the other side of the house and installing them! After I ran after them and yelled for them to stop I called the driver and he decided to tell me he did his job and hang up! I then text him and he said the same thing. Order a washer and dryer to be delivered and installed. Instead they left them in my kitchen and left. Called anyone and everyone with power to be told they couldn’t do anything cause there drivers make there own choices. Home Depot back them, so I will never purchase through Home Depot again spend 4000 dollars to be treated horrible.
I am working a problem and I am not happy, spent $5,000 on kitchen appliances a week ago, and Home Depot wipes their hands on their LG products--my new installed dishwasher does not work and am hearing LG, of course an India call station that I cannot friggin understand them talking, saying "thank you for your patience" as I TRY to get this dang thing replaced---Home Depot refers you to them. I called a manager on the phone and they said I could return the shovel that I did not use a very cheap one at that and when I walked in they claimed that I stole the shovel and $8 shovel... not only do I believe it was because of my psoriasis rash that I was questioned which means I'm going to file a formal complaint and also a lawsuit for discrimination... my apologies that I lost my receipt but the manager I spoke to said they would be able to scan it and see if I could do cash back they did not bother to do anything they... read more
Nobody likes hand-loading two dozen 60# bags of concrete. Especially when they need to be spread evenly on an old utility trailer. The young “Pro Loaders” did it, when - due to a recent surgery- I couldn’t. Thanks guys. Good hustle!
By following through with delivery dates. I am on my 4th new delivery date with no confidence it will be honored as the first 3 were not.
Had a lot of money to spend today but because of the lack of and terrible customer service we are taking our business and cash to Lowes!!
