The workers are great very helpful. The monthly craft project they put on for the kids once a month are just great.
Better communication when they are supposed to make a delivery, manager really did not care.🤔
Provide better customer service. The person answering the phone sounds like he's got a dick in his mouth. When you ask for a manager he routes the calls to an line that no one answers. Shows what kind of store it really is. Lowes is better.

Customer service at the registers is EXCELLENT. On the floor it varies widely.
I went in to buy twine. I asked a gentleman were i could find it and he was very helpful and polite as he directed me to isle 14. Well, when I got there they had the isle blocked because they stock the shelves during the day. I asked a female employee by the isle if she could get me the twine she said no. I asked her if I was being denied. She said "yes". I won't return. I will go to the stores I can count on. Thanks for nothing
