Home Depot sells returned items that are missing pieces. And they don’t inform you it’s a returned item. When you call to ask about it, you will be treated like garbage.
Kitchen countertops ordered on June 22,2020 delivered and half installed on August 21,2020 the largest countertop is not secured or leveled. Talked to store on August 24,2020 and was told the countertop people will get back to you go ahead and put your sink in and if anything thing breaks or goes wrong we they come back out we will pay you for the repair. Anything. worst service ever!
The quality of their customer service blows my mind, and not in a good way. We were wanting to purchase 30 bags of pea pebble, and had to go through three people to get help. Everyone kept saying that "garden" wasn't their job. As we understood that, it was extremely frustrating in that "garden" didn't seem to be ANYONE'S job. There was absolutely no one there working in the garden area. So after buying the house we’ve spent a good bit of money at Home Depot and one of our BIG purchases was our new front door...now we custom ordered this door in MARCH it has been wrong TWICE: the first time it was the wrong color and damaged and the second time it was the right color but damaged..now we are into our third order but come to find out that Home Depot never ordered us a new door! I’ve been in contact with corporate but at this rate they haven’t been much help either...So here we are five months later with NO DOO... read more
