First of all I went to the mansfield location to get retainer wall stones which they had waited 45 minutes to never getting them the guys came said they’d be back never came back so the next day I called your store the guy went out and check his inventory directed me to the service desk to pre pay so the can have them pulled when I get there I get there and the girl says they have to have a two hour window to pull orders which is fine since I have the 6 hours then the says they don’t have the product the guy went out and loo... read more

Poorly trained staff unable to answer basic questions regarding what is supposed to be an unlimited life time warranty that they refused to honor. I will NOT be back there. Lowe's Home Improvement just gained a new customer. As a construction professional (plumber) I spend money on such things. Their loss.
Did the workshop for with the kids. It was outside and they didn't have any aprons for the kids. My boys were disappointed in that. They had fun though
Home Depot of waxahachie. Thanks for giving me a interview cause of my name. You guys looked totally shell shocked when I walked in and I was black. Terrible interview, after every question he would leave the interview and go talk to someone else. (Hiring manger and the scheduler). Thought y'all guys was gonna at least call me back and tell me NO, could've did that after you said you would call me back in a day. Haven't heard from you. They didn't have the gate I was looking for! So I went to Lowe's!
Bought six bags of Vigoro Pea Pebbles. Asked for help loading them but apparently no one is available. I wish they would have told me before I purchased them. They did tell me I could walk around and see if I could find someone to help me. By the way, I am 60 years old and broke my wrist 6 mos. ago. I don't have all my strength back it yet. I struggled loading while several employees passed me in the parking lot. I guess their shift was over.I don't ask for help unless I really need it. What happened to customer service?
