Just went in to buy a 3300.00 lawn mower. We go to a cashier and are told to go to the service desk. Service desk says let us get someone. 15 minutes later we walk out, without a lawnmower. We will go somewhere they want our business!

Worst customer service in the area, I asked if one of the employees for help, they make me wait because that was not their department, the where just sitting there doing nothing, I like a job like that and not help the customer, This is more often now I guess that’s why I like Lowe’s always ready to help
Just bought some plants and flowers in the garden center and the guy that helped me was super helpful and dang good looking to boot!!
This is by far the best Home Depot and store to go to on Black Friday. They have the best employees, are very well organized, and even provided donuts and coffee. We were here last year too and I was just as impressed. We will be back here again next year. Thanks so much for making our day!!!
Awesome appliances at competitive prices. I'm building a house and needed all of my appliences. i ended up buying all Whirlpool because they are made in America. That's also why i purchased the best warrenty plans money can buy. Lets face it America doesn't have the best stuff anymore. Back in my day things were made to last forever, but now they are made cheaply. i miss the 1990s.

No I do not recommend Home Depot. Bought a Poland riding mower. August 2017 Had a problem first time I used it I was told that not to worry it was warranted for a year. Got it out in may and had a major problem with the transmission went to store with mower and was told I had 30 days to return it It was not there problem. Called Poland mower co was told to return to store wher I bought it for repair or replaced. After 3 months of argument from Home Depot had a repair shop put in a new transmission. Please do not buy a lawn tractor from Home Depot ... there is a 30 day warranty that they fail to tell you about... they talk to you like you are a piece of crap and are totally stupid...wasted $800... Go to Lowes they stand behind everything they sell... great place
