I am at my son’s house and today a washer and dryer were delivered. He paid for installation and the delivery men needed a longer cord for the dryer. Now, after working 12 hours today, he has to take the cord delivered back to Home Depot for a refund. Then he has to go purchase a cord from another store and bring it home and install it himself. An employee , Eric went out of his way to help me find a something my husband sent me to get in the hardware section. I have a special needs child and his therapy swing was not swinging properly and we needed a new eye hook for the ceiling. I had a less that wonderful day but Eric made my day much brighter and was a special blessing.
home depot is a great place to shop for succulents and pots. all there plants are healthy and well taken care of, no rotten or dried out roots. they have a wonderful selection and the staff is very helpful. i would recommend home depot over lowes any day.

Beware of The Home Depot. When making my credit card payment by phone last Monday, April 15 I paid $400. as I normally do, and got my confirmation number, just as I do each month. Two days later The Home Depot took $14,340 from my checking account. This was my account balance, not the payment i authorized. I noticed this on April 18, and called their credit card department. 3/2/2018 Worst customer service received for a long time. Not coming back, Lowe’s and Lowe’s again. And I forgot the attitude!?$&@@ really people.
Parents bought a refrigerator. Brand new expensive refrigerator that never cooled. Called to return it or get a new one with no luck, just a run around. 6 days with no refrigerator and Christina Boyd dodging the calls.
