My husband purchased an air conditioner and an outdoor water faucet. He was offered a credit card and decided to sign up because we need a new washer and dryer. They rang up his purchases as a charge. He told them he wanted to pay for the items and was sent to a different cashier. We purchased a dryer online it was delivered and installed 18 Sept. We had a death in the family and we’re out of town. Today 27 Sept was first time it was used and it’s not working, no hot air coming out. I called your store and was told call the warrant number if we’d purchased one or call the manufacturer. Wow how careless and NOT customer service friendly or helpful. Your store just sells and apparently you don’t care if the appliances work?
It appears that Home Depot delivery contractors can't get their act together! My wife ordered a Husky Tool Cabinet for my birthday only to have Non-Stop Delivery Company to "lose" it after receiving it at their facility in Blountville TN. (Employee must had REALLY liked it and took it home.. It has never been found since!!).. So she ordered a second one, received confirmation of delivery date, etc., now May 29, Southern Freight doesn't want to deliver it because they can't get their tractor trailer into the subdivision!.. Forget social distancing and face masks being worn by Home Depot's store employees. A man I was working for and I went there on the morning of May 12 to get some supplies and saw only a couple of female workers wearing masks. Social distancing was a joke. A message to the store manager, please review and enforce your corporate guidance and Tennessee Promise! Perhaps a walk through of your store with open eyes will let you see the HUGE problem your store has.
Tried to order a dishwasher online for curbside pickup. The website only gives the option for delivery. Checked to make sure it was available in stock and went in to be told it’s not. Asked her to check in the back since her little machine said one in stock. She wouldn’t. Asked her if she could check other Home Depot’s in the area since apparently the website isn’t accurate. Spent almost $3,000 on new appliances. Got them set up and they are not at all what I expected!!! Horrible quality, scratches, dents, etc. The dishwasher doesn’t even work. They said to call GE, That after they sell it it’s out of their hands!!!???? I paid almost $3,000 for junk! Should have went to Lowe’s or Sears!

Spent most of the day on the phone looking for my carpet installation that was supposed to be done yesterday. Over scheduled their workers and act like they cannot do anything about. Sending one man to carpet an entire upstairs is unacceptable!
