There is a girl that works at The Pro Desk that according to others and employees and myself is a rude, disrespectful person. She's lazy and instead of helping customers, she gossips and doesn't care about having a job. I traveled all the way up to Lancaster after calling to cancel my order at Palmdale to find out she completed the phone sale anyway.
