I placed an order 3 days ago for pickup (BOPUS). The online says you can pick it up the same day so I went ahead and placed the order. I didn't hear anything from them so I called the store. The first time I called the phone rang for 3 minutes with no answer so I hung up. The second time I called someone actually picked up and then hung up on me. Anthony front service desk awesome guy very helpful and always greets me and my family with a smile and very knowledgeable of any product you may be shopping for and so is Richard great guy very very helpful!
Rude employees, store was a mess, items left in store damaged and not marked down or removed and no employees that wanted to help. Waste of my time and gas.
