Great store! The associates are knowledgeable and friendly. I know they can answer any questions I have and help me get what I need. Some really great people work there!
Home Depot is now stocking Traeger Grills. This store also hosts Traeger Demo Weekends ever so often. It’s a great time to figure out which grill is right for your needs. The managers and employees are very helpful during these events.
Treat customer returns fairly!
Bought a high end hot water heater and the thermostat on it was faulty. Told couldn’t bring it back, but would have to have the maker send a new thermostat.

Customer service in this store is the worst. Spent an hour and a half shopping for lumber there only to find out the young tall gumba working the pro desk returned my 500 dollar order to the shelves. Mind you, the reason I spend time hand picking lumber is because you don't want young people like the gumba working there to pick your lumber. Big waste of time shopping this store. This store has major problems with quality help, and hiring tall goofy white boys only makes the experience costly for the contractor. Shame, will b... read more
