Paint department is poorly managed. 3 separate visits have been nightmares. After already spending $400 and needing more supplies. Julie Simpson in paint screamed at me repeatedly over the phone. First she said she had the paint then she said she wasn't sure and I said I need to know yes or no cause I have to drive 35 minutes out of my way to get it. Julie was the rudest person I have ever talk too. Lowe's get all my business after this.
Was not accommodating for disabled person, rude and degrading. Considering Home Depot has run off every hardware business in town, you think they could do better.
It's a convenient place for your home needs and alot of respectful people work there
A big shout out to Mr. Shawn an Asst Manager at the Oak Ridge Home Depot. Not only did he save me money, but repaired the light switch for Jordyn’s room. Plus he is a veteran! Go by and give Mr.Shawn and Home Depot your business!!!
Come in to grab a couple of things and spend forever cause we can't get anyone to help.
My go to place for projects, outdoor spaces, and home renovations or new construction!
