4 different male workers avoided eye contact with me when I was pacing and obviously looking for help. When I finally got a female worker’s attention, she called a different employee over to the section where I needed help. The male worker started to approach me, a man put himself in between me and the worker, and the worker helped the man first. Didn’t even acknowledge me or my waiting. I went to Home Depot to order appliances walked around the appliance area to confirm but I wanted to order and not a single person came to help me, so I walked out. They get two stars because there was actually someone to help me have keys made. But they’re the ones that lost out on a large sale.
Continual bad experiences. People happy to help but unskilled in doing so. Wanted 9 bags of mulch and tried calling ahead. Was told it would take 30-45 minutes because they would have to find the equipment to get it down. But they won’t start to find said equipment until we get there. Placed online order and showed up several days later. No one could find it but they mocked their own workplace “ haha, welcome to Home Depot” Pushed own cart to back, grabbed 9 bags and loaded with associate watching but had to go inside so the... read more

Flagstaff East ......I was very impressed with the Tool Rental Dept. I was having problems with completing my project and the staff went out of their way to help and advise. I would never have completed my home project without their patience and advice. Thank you for not getting tired of me being in there for four days straight.
I bought a new Weber Genesis 2 from home Depot pre-assembled. It was not assembled correctly and the whole hood flew off during transportation. It did not have the two pins holding the hood on to the grill. I mainly want to tell this as I should not have to inspect the grill I buy if pre-assembled. I now have a new grill that is broken. Sad new Weber owner with a grill that is messed up.
