The deliveries being delayed, shorted, canceled, without notification is ridiculous. The partial delivery of a few pieces is very common according to the driver. 😣
employees not trained, no knowledge of building or products, lassy kids, building products are sub standard at best, meaning terrible wood products, attitudes, from child employees , retirees forced to have to return to the workplace that are not trained, cant see or hear that have no business working at a place like this.... and honestly it's not just this store it's the entire corporation

if you advertise curbside pick up, have parking spaces for curbside pick up and a phone number for curbside pick up you need to have someone actually answer the phone and bring the order out. I went in at 7:05 this morning before it was busy and called, the phone rang for 8 minutes, I hung up and called back letting it ring for 9 minutes and finally hung up and went into customer service where one girl was on the phone, one girl was ringing up a customer and one man was just standing around. Terrible customer service
